VertexLab is the owner of the Vertex platform, its products, its branding, and all of the content presented through this site. This page explains what is protected and how it may be used.
Trademarks & Branding
Vertex™, Vertex AI Platform™ and VEXIS™ are proprietary names and branding of VertexLab.
These names, along with the logos, product names, taglines, and visual identities associated with them, are used to identify the products and services of VertexLab. They may not be used to identify any other product, service, person, or organization, or in any way that could cause confusion about the source or sponsorship of goods or services.
Protected Content
The source code, software, user interface, visual assets, documentation, designs and original content of this platform are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
This protection covers, without limitation:
- Software & code: The application source code, logic, architecture, and technical implementations behind the platform.
- User interface: The layout, structure, interactions, and overall design language of the products.
- Visual assets: Logos, illustrations, images, icons, videos, and other graphics.
- Documentation, designs and original content: Guides, texts, marketing materials, and any other creative or written work.
These rights belong to VertexLab under the applicable intellectual property and copyright laws of the relevant jurisdictions.
Permitted Use

Prohibited Use

Enforcement
Unauthorized use of the protected names, software, or content may constitute a violation of intellectual property and copyright laws and may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
Liquidated damages: unauthorized use of any Vertex logo, brand name, product, application, source code, design or concept — in whole or in part — is charged at USD 5,000 (five thousand US dollars) per item infringed, payable immediately upon use, in addition to the immediate removal of the content. Repeated or commercial misuse may also lead to a takedown request, a report to the hosting provider or platform, and legal proceedings.
