Brand, Logo & Product Misuse
The Vertex name, logo, characters, screenshots, source code, designs, concepts and every other product published on this Site are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, rebrand, resell, repackage, publish, or use any of them — in whole or in part — without prior written permission.
- Logo, brand name or visual identity: USD 5,000 per use.
- Product, application or source code (copied, rebranded, resold or repackaged): USD 5,000 per product.
- Design, character, concept, text or other creative content: USD 5,000 per item.
USD 5,000 (five thousand US dollars) is payable per item infringed, immediately upon use, in addition to removing the content. Repeated or commercial misuse may also lead to a takedown request, a report to the hosting provider or platform, and legal proceedings. This clause is a notice of the owner's rights and does not limit any other remedy available under applicable law.
